Look, there’s a koala over there!
After checking the official Taronga Zoo Sydney website, I found that if a group of eight 14-year-old teenagers buys their tickets online, they can save about 20%, which is roughly 50 Australian dollars in total. One really cool thing about this zoo is that you can actually spend the night there.
Taronga offers experiences like the Wildlife Retreat, an eco-friendly hotel inside the zoo, and Roar and Snore, a kind of luxury camping with tents, meals and night tours. The Wild Australia Experience is another highlight, as it includes a guided tour with a zoo keeper, behind-the-scenes access and close encounters with Australian animals like koalas.
Overall, I think Taronga Zoo is worth visiting because it’s fun, educational and offers unique experiences you don’t find in a normal zoo. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
